Kristen Aspaas

Kristen Aspaas

Kristen is a licensed massage therapist. She is nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Kristen received her training at the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida. This 820 hour program provided proficiency in neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue therapy and sports massage.

Kristen opened her massage practice in Savannah in 1998. Every year she increases her knowledge base by learning new techniques and keeping abreast of current research and new developments in the field.

In addition Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University.

Jan Mariette

Jan was certified by the American Academy of Reflexology in 2005 in the Flocco Method of Reflexology - an integrative method that combines work on hands, feet and ears. She opened her practice, Reflexology, Inc. in the same year and is a professional member of the Georgia Reflexology Organization (GRO).

After her initial training in 2005 Jan has continued her education in hand/feet reflexology by completing additional courses in the Whitehawk Method. In 2010 and 2011 she trained with Lone┐ Sorensen of Barcelona, Spain to become certified in the Sorensensistem of Facial Reflexology which integrates three ancient alternative healing therapies: Traditional Chinese Meridians and Points, Vietnamese Face Mapping and South American Mapuche Facial Reflex Zones with modern neuro-anatomy. Jan is currently the only certified Face Reflexologist in Georgia.

Reflexology provides relief from a wide variety of health issues. It relieves stress, strengthens the immune system, and improves overall health allowing Jan's clients to lead fuller, more productive lives.

Jan is an active member of the Integrative Health Planning Committee at Andersen Cancer Institute (Memorial University Medical Center) in Savannah, GA and is the reflexologist in the chemotherapy ward there as well.

Lizann Y. Roberts

Lizann Robert is a Somatic coach who works with individuals in developing their interests, gifts and capabilities to make vital contributions in their organizations and community. Her coaching services are designed to support people for the outcomes they want in their health, work and relationships; make successful shifts into new roles and responsibilities; and increase their ability to self-correct and practice new ways of being.

Lizann is passionately committed to the professional development and personal growth of women; helping women develop their leadership skills, confidence and presence.

Prior to beginning her work as a coach & consultant, she was a college professor & administrator, worked for two large health care organizations employing over 18,000 employees, owned a small business and served as a human resources professional in a 2500 employee organization for ten years. Lizann has worked with executives, managers and their teams in the U.S., Caribbean and West Africa.

Lizann received both B.A. and M.A. degrees in Health Education and earned a Leadership Coaching certificate from Georgetown University. She is a certified Somatic Coach with the Strozzi Institute and has studied with the Paul Ekman Group in the domain of Micro-Expressions and Understanding Emotions.

Living in Savannah, Georgia, Lizann is an active community leader and co-founded Healthy Savannah, a community-based health initiative, held as a national model of leadership for social and environmental change. She has served as a preceptor faculty member of the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and Armstrong Atlantic State University.

Alicia Arocho

Alicia Arocho graduated from the Savannah School of Massage Therapy. She is a Georgia certified, licensed and insured massage therapist specializing in therapeutic massage and neuromuscular therapy.

Alicia is also proficient in swedish massage, deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, massage for seniors and aromatherapy.

Some issues Alicia commonly addresses with her clients are; headaches, muscle tension and pain, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, arthritis, tendonitis and of course those in need of general relaxation. She caters each session to the client┐s specific needs, often incorporating several techniques to ensure a truly personal massage.
